Quality Assurance Engineer role in Noordwijk, Netherlands, joining CS GROUP's dedicated Quality team with a strong focus on operational QA in production and development. In this position you will be actively involved on the shopfloor and within projects, ensuring that products, processes and documentation meet the required standards. You will play a key role in inspections, release, non-conformance handling and continuous improvement. You will be part of a specialised Quality team (QA Manager + 2 QA Engineers) and work closely with engineering, production, suppliers and customers (including ESA and primes). Act as QA focal point on the shopfloor during production, assembly and testing. Perform keypoint inspections, incoming inspections and acceptance inspections. Release materials, components and products for further processing or delivery. Manage and assess non-conformities (NCRs) and deviation reports. Perform root cause analyses (e.g., 8D) and follow up on corrective actions (CAPA). Support and review change requests and implementation of changes. Contribute to and maintain project quality plans. Execute and follow up on internal and external audits. Support FMECA, reliability analyses and RAMS-related activities. Ensure proper registration and follow-up of actions and improvements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN / Six Sigma mindset). Support calibration and control of measurement equipment.
