An on-site, entry-level QA Technician/Quality Controller role based in Middleton, Wisconsin. You will ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory standards by performing incoming inspections, maintaining Device History Records (DHRs), and managing quality documentation in accordance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and cGMP requirements. You will collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams to inspect and verify incoming materials and finished products, support nonconforming material processes, and drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing DHRs (including electronic records), assisting with quality audits, and implementing corrective/preventive actions while upholding the company quality policy and applicable regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with related experience; ASQ certification is a plus. Starting pay ranges from $22-25/hr USD, with a benefits package including health coverage, 401k, holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses where applicable. Travel is minimal.
