Project Manager, Technology Transformation

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of technology transformation initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Program Manager, Technology Transformation, this role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned technology projects in alignment with organizational priorities.

Essential Functions: - Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures; manage day-to-day activities including task tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution; monitor progress; identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate as needed. - Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines; facilitate meetings; document decisions and action items; provide regular status updates. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and issues; escalate unresolved ones; maintain a risk register with mitigation plans. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation; ensure artifacts are up-to-date and accessible; adhere to program management standards. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements; participate in post-project reviews and apply lessons learned.
