Sener delivers complex engineering and infrastructure projects across the region and is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of overall engineering experience and a strong design background in sewage treatment plants (STPs) and water transmission/distribution networks. Candidates should have progressed from hands-on design engineering into project and/or design management and be capable of leading projects, multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage projects from initiation through design and delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and project objectives are achieved. - Manage multidisciplinary project teams, resources, deliverables, and technical interfaces. - Oversee design development and provide technical direction based on a strong STP and water transmission/distribution network design background. - Manage project programs, budgets, risks, changes, resources, and contractual deliverables. - Lead coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and other key stakeholders. - Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures. - Ensure project and technical deliverables comply with contractual requirements, standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. - Lead project meetings, design reviews, progress reporting, and major project decisions.
