The successful candidate will apply technical Industrial Hygiene expertise to manage and deliver environmental consulting projects, including investigations and assessments of hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead paint, as well as indoor air quality. Responsibilities include directing asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality surveys; preparing reports with findings and recommended solutions; performing Industrial Hygiene sampling and indoor air quality assessments (mold, bioaerosols, Radon, particulates); building and maintaining client relationships; drafting proposals and cost estimates; managing projects from start to finish; collaborating with regional sales to develop new clients; coordinating with environmental technicians and directing field work; and ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
