ICF is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team and lead technology projects at the intersection of geospatial data, algorithms, and infrastructure. This hybrid role is based in Puerto Rico and may require travel around the island to meet with clients and stakeholders, with the Guaynabo, Puerto Rico office available for essential meetings.

You will develop contract solutions to meet program needs and collaborate with ICF staff, clients, subcontractors, and project teams to determine project scope, budgets, timesheets, schedules, and deliverables. You will manage the risk register, update the Risk Management Plan, and oversee quality assurance activities. You will develop project work plans and determine resource requirements, monitor expenses, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality standards and business requirements. You will maintain accurate client communications and project documentation, respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, and track scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests, escalating as needed to project or program leadership. You will support client and internal stakeholder communications by preparing meeting notes, status updates, follow-ups, and project documentation, and assist with release coordination, implementation readiness, post-launch support, and lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement.
