Rogers-O’Brien Construction is seeking an on-site Project Manager to direct all aspects of construction for assigned projects in the San Antonio, Texas area. The role requires managing project costs to ensure completion within budget, developing schedules with critical path methods, and coordinating resources, subcontractors, and project accounting to maintain control. The Project Manager provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and leads the project staff toward meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Key responsibilities: - Supervise Quality Managers, Office Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Administrative staff - Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation - Plan and conduct estimating hand-off and project kickoff meetings - Conduct planning meetings and pre-planning processes - Assist project team with risk management strategy - Prepare and review subcontracts and subcontractor bid tabs - Initiate pre-qualifications of subs and review purchases for materials, equipment, and forming systems - Prepare proposed changes to the Owner and chair weekly project meetings - Prepare monthly billing and maintain changes - Monitor progress, maintain the project schedule, and expedite material deliveries - Review monthly cost reports and prepare forecasts - Monitor the safety program - Manage project close-out, including warranties, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals

Qualifications: - Degree in Construction Science or Engineering preferred, but not required - 5–10 years of experience in ground-up commercial constru
