Coastal Construction Equipment, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new CAT Compact Equipment office locations across Southern Florida. This role oversees facility buildouts, branch startup activities, operational process implementation, vendor coordination, budget management, and cross-functional project execution. The Project Manager serves as the central point of contact between leadership, operations, facilities, IT, HR, sales, service, and external contractors to ensure new locations are opened on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards. This position requires a results-driven professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, employee readiness, and continuous improvement. Requirements Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
