Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems programs from early definition through validation and production readiness. The role will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, validation, and operations, manage scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resources, track risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with product and business objectives. You will coordinate external suppliers, technology partners, and service providers, maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, escalate delivery risks, and communicate status to senior stakeholders. Requirements include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and at least 7 years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems, along with experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases and a strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycles. Professional fluency in English. Availability to work fully on-site in France.
