ECS is seeking a Project Manager to join our Reston, Virginia, United States office. In this role you will support the planning, execution, and closure of projects, with a focus on government acquisitions or similar private-sector work. Responsibilities include: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets; Track project progress, monitor tasks, and report status to the project team and stakeholders; Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and tracking action items; Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans; Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the senior project manager; Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors; Support the creation of project reports, presentations, and other communications; Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and processes; Assist in change management activities and impact assessments; Support project closure activities, including documentation archiving and lessons learned; Produce and contribute to deliverables such as updated project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts), project status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, action item lists, risk and issue logs, project documentation, communication plans and materials, and lessons learned documentation. Salary Range: $90,000-$15,000. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering) or equivalent practical
