This role drives cross-functional execution in a global environment, collaborating with senior leaders and teams across global sites. The focus is on end-to-end software and product delivery, internal customer rollout, operational excellence, and the adoption of new technologies and ways of working—with a strong emphasis on AI transformation. Responsibilities include leading and growing a global team of project and program managers; serving as the main liaison across Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders; managing end-to-end software and product programs from kickoff to delivery, rollout, and customer implementation; building and maintaining cross-organizational plans with risks, dependencies, timelines, and key decisions; partnering with senior leadership to drive alignment and execution through key forums; and driving process improvements and the adoption of AI tools to enhance program management and operations.
