Overview The Program Finance Manager is part of the Global Programs Finance Team and collaborates with Program Staff, Contracts, Global Human Resources, and Jhpiego country offices to ensure accurate financial, contractual, and administrative reporting for a portfolio of smaller awards, generally under $1 million. The role provides financial management and compliance oversight for assigned smaller awards, including start-up, budget management, financial monitoring, donor reporting, invoicing, subaward tracking, close-out, and coordination across program, country finance, contracts, and HQ finance teams. The Program Finance Manager ensures award financial files, systems, reports, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, audit-ready, and compliant with Jhpiego accounting practices and donor rules and regulations.
