Osmo is a digital olfaction company based in Elizabeth, New Jersey, United States. We are seeking a Production Program Manager to own the post-launch handoff from onboarding into production, fulfillment, and deployment. You will serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers and coordinate across Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and Turnkey Delivery to keep manufacturing priorities and deployment schedules aligned with what customers were promised. Responsibilities include tracking material availability, fragrance readiness, packaging readiness, and production milestones, managing orders end-to-end, and leading escalation discussions when milestones or customer expectations are at risk. You will support oil shipment planning as part of the broader manufacturing handoff and contribute to tools, reporting, and workflows that improve visibility and scalability as Osmo grows. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination, operations, supply chain, or project management, ideally in fragrance or consumer products, with strong cross-functional communication and a track record of closing gaps and delivering on commitments. This is a full-time on-site role based in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
