As a Product Owner at Aristocrat, you will support the Business Information Systems (BIS) by acting as a liaison between partners and the delivery team. You will gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and guide the development of software solutions that align with Aristocrat's strategic objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, discernment, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners. Responsibilities include: Partner Engagement—work with partners across departments to gather and prioritize requirements; conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment between business goals and software delivery. Requirement Prioritization—prioritize user stories, bugs, and enhancements with the Application Owner; maintain a product backlog reflecting current priorities. Product Development—act as subject matter authority, provide clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide development; ensure the final product meets partner expectations. Release Planning and Coordination—coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA to plan releases and communicate schedules and impacts to partners. Continuous Improvement—monitor product performance and collect partner feedback to identify improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 2+ years as Product Owner or similar in software development or IT; proficiency in Agile methodologies; knowledge of
