You will tackle complex product challenges, improve design processes, and explore AI-driven approaches. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Responsibilities include: leading and growing the design team; hands-on design; maintaining a high standard of product thinking and design quality; partnering with cross-functional teams; guiding projects from exploration to shipped features and measuring outcomes; innovating with AI workflows.
