Responsibilities include designing, writing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases (manual and automated), executing tests, coordinating with software development and product teams, managing the test lifecycle from planning to defect reporting, and mentoring the testing team to promote best practices in test automation and continuous integration. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related field), 10+ years of software testing experience with embedded systems, and a strong understanding of software engineering processes.
