LastPass is seeking a Principal Cloud Security Engineer to partner with DevOps, CI/CD engineers, and the Architecture team to embed security best practices across our cloud infrastructure. This security engineering leadership role requires the ability to scale security across products and services while balancing security with speed and innovation. You will work with DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to drive secure-by-design outcomes at every stage of development and operate as a trusted security partner throughout product and infrastructure delivery.

Key responsibilities: - Define and drive cloud security principles, standards, and reference architectures across the organization. - Use security architecture knowledge to help engineers build and operate products securely from the ground up. - Design, implement, and assess security processes and controls to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements. - Conduct proactive research to identify threats and attack vectors. - Partner with engineering teams to embed shift-left security practices in the software development lifecycle. - Implement and manage cloud and Kubernetes security posture management tooling to monitor and reduce risk across containerized workloads.
