Platform Engineer (Hybrid) – Cologne, Germany. Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Data & AI platform team to build and evolve our next-generation AI platform. You will own platform components and improvements, working with Kubernetes, Databricks, cloud-native technologies, and modern AI platform patterns to enable teams to develop, deploy, govern, monitor, and scale AI systems safely and reliably. Responsibilities: Build, configure, and maintain Azure-based platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Operate and improve the Azure Databricks platform (configuration, automation, monitoring, access management, troubleshooting). Manage and enhance our Azure Kubernetes-based platform, supporting deployment and scaling with GitOps and CI/CD. Implement platform changes following architecture patterns, security requirements, and engineering standards. Contribute to reusable automation and self-service platform capabilities for engineering, Data, and AI teams. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot operational issues, and resolve standard support cases; escalate as needed. Collaborate with Platform, Data, AI, MLOps, and Security teams; contribute to documentation and platform improvements.
