AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Chicago, United States. This on-site role leads a high-performing team, drives sales performance, and ensures exceptional WOW! customer service. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, this position focuses on leadership, inventory management, and timely deliveries while maintaining excellent store operations. Responsibilities: Leadership - Supervise, train, and develop employees to keep the team motivated and engaged; Communication - Maintain clear interactions with customers and staff to ensure smooth store operations; Metrics - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results; Processes - Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink; Teamwork - Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders; Parts Sales & Inventory - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory, including returns processing; Safety & Compliance - Promote PPE usage and uphold safety standards; Commercial Account Support - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries; Problem Solving - Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies; Schedule - Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Qualifications: Leadership - Demonstrates integrity and strong leadership abilities; Bilingual Communication - Excellent communication in English and Spanish; Automotive Retail - Prior experience in automotive retail; Certifications - ASE Certification.
