AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional WOW! customer service experience in our automotive parts retail environment in Redwood City, California. Role overview: As a Parts Sales Manager, you will support the Store Manager by supervising, training, and developing teammates, optimizing inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations while upholding company policies. Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor staff to foster a motivated, high-performing team. - Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations. - Drive sales targets through parts sales and effective inventory management, including timely returns and merchandising. - Manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and adherence to store procedures. - Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and excellent customer service. - Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs. - Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and in line with company policies. - Promote safety, PPE use, and risk management; enforce safety standards. Qualifications: - Demonstrated leadership, integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities. - Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; exceptional communication skills. - Automotive retail experience. - ASE Certification.
