Partner Service Delivery Manager with English (PSDM) – Hybrid, Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a temporary 2-year position. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; Work arrangement: Hybrid. Responsibilities include managing all operational matters and quality performance related to assigned HP channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and owning end-to-end resolution. You will educate partners, deliver operational trainings (Ops guide, how to interface with HP), and communicate changes to programs and guidelines. Ensure partners submit correct financial warranty claims where applicable and meet operational targets within accreditation metrics, while delivering high-quality customer satisfaction in service delivery. Take ownership of partner issues, drive resolutions, and support and motivate channel partners to achieve results. Drive operational improvements for assigned accounts and act as an escalation point for all partner escalations.
