AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager for our Louisville, KY store. This on-site role focuses on driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and delivering WOW! customer service in automotive retail. Working under the Store Manager, the Parts Sales Manager will coach associates, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient store operations. Responsibilities include leading and developing employees, supporting the Store Manager in supervision, training, and performance management; maintaining clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences; tracking sales targets, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results; following standardized store procedures, managing inventory, overseeing cash handling, reducing shrink, and optimizing efficiency; collaborating with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs; driving parts sales and inventory management, optimizing stock levels, and handling returns and merchandising; enforcing PPE use, promoting risk management, and upholding safety standards; resolving customer concerns and store issues promptly in line with company policies. Qualifications include demonstrated leadership, integrity, and decision-making abilities; a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; exceptional bilingual communication in Spanish and English; prior automotive retail experience; and ASE certification.
