Overview: The REMM Group is seeking a strategic On-Site Community Manager to oversee operations of a luxury multifamily community in Riverside, California, ensuring asset quality and financial performance. Requirements include experience in multifamily property management, proficiency with Yardi, RentCafe, and Knock, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor a onsite team and manage day-to-day activities. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a partial rental discount available for on-site residency.
