Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Parental Leave Replacement
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to cover a parental leave, for two years. The position can be full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week) and is based in Bielefeld/Herford, Germany, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities

- Plan, implement, and further develop successful marketing and sales strategies
- Design marketing campaigns for online and offline channels
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Create, process, authorize, and quality-control print media
- Manage social media
- Conceptualize and execute events
- Commercial training or business studies with a focus on marketing / social media
- Solid experience in managing marketing campaigns and activities
- Proficiency with social media tools is a plus
- Knowledge of design and layout for posts, print media, and other relevant media
- Ideally proficient with: Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress and Typo3
