You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to tackle our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across industries. Responsibilities include analyzing user journeys, sales and marketing campaign performance across channels; setting up web and mobile analytics tracking, A/B tests, and reporting dashboards; translating and documenting comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements to drive solution design and delivery; mapping current and future state processes, identifying pain points and improvements; championing effective communication and stakeholder engagement; creating test conditions, driving and participating in testing activities to validate requirements and ensure quality assurance and solution integrity; providing hands-on support during project go-live and transition phases; and working closely with Marketing, UX, Product Management, and Development colleagues to ensure collection of business requirements, backlog management, and data analysis.
