You will be part of the Customer Communication & Media Performance team within the Consumer division, collaborating across the Telia, OneCall, and MyCall brands, with a broad mandate in Customer Value Management (CVM). The role involves driving, enhancing, and ensuring the quality of automated customer dialogues across touchpoints, and you will define personalized content based on data, insights, and customer behavior. You will define, extract, and validate customer lists and segments used for targeted communication. You will work in a structured way with testing, learning, and continuous improvement, guided by insights and impact. You will contribute to the development of methodologies, best practices, and standards for marketing automation across the organization.
