Netcompany is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst (Agile) to join our Athens-based engineering teams working on large-scale transformation projects for EU and Public Sector business units. The role focuses on delivering citizen-centric digital solutions while aligning technology with sustainability goals. You will provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, perform gap analyses, and drive backlog prioritization to ensure alignment between user needs and system capabilities. You will create BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications; act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams; and lead User Acceptance Testing as well as Unit and Integration Testing of software customizations and development. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years of BA experience in large-scale software projects, strong SQL knowledge, and experience with Agile, BPMN, and Business Rules Management.
