Bradleys is seeking an experienced software engineer who is technically strong and excited to shape how software is built in the AI era. The ideal candidate has a solid background in modern software development and can leverage AI both in the solutions we build and in the software development process itself. This is a hands-on Lead role: you will design and implement modern cloud-based software, make architectural and technology choices, and solve our clients’ most challenging technical problems. Projects may involve building mission-critical cloud services, microservices, integrations, and modern web applications. In other engagements you will help deliver generative AI capabilities, AI agents, or other AI-enabled features as part of a client’s product or service. At the same time, you will push development forward with AI, actively using contemporary AI development tools and continually considering how AI can improve design, coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance. As a Lead, you won’t work alone—you will mentor and enable other developers to use AI effectively, establish common practices, and elevate the entire team’s technical level.

What we expect from you: strong experience in demanding software development and experience in senior, lead, or technical lead roles. You can build end-to-end software solutions from the user interface to backend services, data, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. You don’t need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should understand the whole system and take technical ownership.
