Vusion is seeking a Junior Controller to support and automate global reporting of R&D operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex), with a focus on Excel VBA. The role will support the Budget and Forecast processes, monitor margins on deals, and compare actuals to forecasts for the DACH region. You will drive system optimization through automation and harmonization, and explore the use of AI to improve financial processes. Responsibilities include ensuring proper execution of operations, identifying optimization opportunities, and preparing ad hoc analyses for Finance or local management. You will assist with ERP topics (SAP knowledge is advantageous), support local audits, and participate in global Controlling activities. You will contribute to the implementation of the SAC Analytical Tool.
Financial training (university or equivalent, e.g., FH/college) with basics in Controlling and Accounting. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP). Excellent Excel skills, preferably with VBA. Fluent German and business English. A dynamic, communicative team player with an independent and proactive work style. Location and compensation: Hybrid work arrangement based in Fernitz-Mellach, Styria, Austria. The position follows the Austrian collective wage agreement with a minimum monthly base pay of €3,267 gross, with willingness to overpay based on actual qualifications for full-time employment.
