This role provides day-to-day technical support, endpoint management, and hands-on assistance across shifts, ensuring reliable user and shop-floor technology while escalating infrastructure and security matters to the platform team. Responsibilities include first-line IT support across shifts (hardware, software, accounts, shop-floor terminals, printing, and connectivity), endpoint imaging, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management in line with platform security baselines, and user account and access support via the platform identity system. The position requires adherence to security policy in a CMMC Level 2 / ITAR environment—including device compliance, removable-media rules, and reporting concerns. Qualifications include 2+ years in a help desk or desktop support role; solid Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoint troubleshooting skills; strong customer-service orientation; and the ability to work on-site in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
