We are seeking an IT Delivery Manager for Corporate Services to govern and coordinate the Corporate Services operating model across applications and services, ensuring governance, service performance, and continuous improvement. The role involves collaboration with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Support, Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, and the Global Service Center in an international setting with offshore delivery. This is an on-site role across multiple European locations: Paris, France; Madrid and Majadahonda, Spain; and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you\'ll do: - Implement and maintain Corporate Services governance standards and ensure adherence across applications and services. - Coordinate activities among Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Support, Development, Infrastructure, and Architecture to ensure effective delivery. - Monitor support backlogs, ticket quality, aging, and escalations; drive improvements across support operations and offshore teams. - Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action plans; support prioritization and delivery planning. - Produce operational dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics to provide visibility on service performance and delivery outcomes. - Drive continuous improvement, promote best practices, and support the rollout of the Corporate Services operating model. - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and contribute to scalable, high-quality solutions.
