Speechify is a fully distributed company with no office. We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to help scale the iOS core product and support a rapidly growing user base. This is a remote-only role based in Lviv, Ukraine, and you will join a global, cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers.

What you’ll do: - Lead key engineering and product decisions. - Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app. - Collaborate within a dedicated product team. - Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap. - Maintain and enhance the existing, complex app architecture.

Ideal candidate: - Experience shipping products that scale to a large user base. - Track record of taking products from inception to traction. - Customer-obsessed mindset and product thinking. - Ability to move quickly, decide what can ship now, and what needs more time. - Strong focus in a fast-growing, remote team. - Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI; multithreading; CI/CD; Fastlane; SOLID principles; Git.
