Inside Sales Manager (Remote) Lakeshore is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our Inside Sales team, driving performance and quota attainment from a remote setting. You will supervise a team of individual contributors, provide coaching and feedback, and implement sales strategies to improve year-over-year results. Responsibilities include managing funnel metrics, using Salesforce dashboards and other tools, maintaining relationships with key customers, and coordinating with Outside Sales, Retail and Professional Development teams. You will partner with senior leadership to drive sales through performance management of the assigned team and stay informed about customer needs at the local, state, and national levels. Administrative duties include ADP/timecard management and calendar management, among others.

Qualifications: 5+ years of Inside Sales or related leadership experience; Bachelor's degree preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills; Salesforce experience a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; high level of professionalism and problem-solving ability; strong work ethic and team-player mentality; ability to perform effectively from home with flexible hours; excellent administrative and organizational skills.
