Join ClearPoint as an Information System Security Engineer III to lead security engineering and accreditation for MERIDIAN, our AI-enabled Secure Space Operations and Management Platform. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed security throughout the system lifecycle, review architecture, test as development progresses, and shape controls with engineers as the platform evolves. You will own the RMF package for MERIDIAN, from SSP and SAR development through POA&M management and continuous monitoring, while staying technically engaged with the platform. This is an on-site role in Jessup, Maryland, United States.

You will excel in this role if you have: - Experience leading RMF/ATO efforts for classified DoD or IC systems - Ability to review and shape secure system architecture with engineers, not just document it after the fact - Skills in vulnerability assessment and security testing of live systems - Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and DoD RMF at an implementation level - Ability to translate security findings into concrete remediation guidance - Capability to balance compliance documentation with hands-on technical work - Experience mentoring junior security staff
