The candidate will manage industrial hygiene and environmental consulting projects, including surveys and assessments of asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, PCBs, and indoor air quality. Responsibilities include directing field surveys, creating technical reports, drafting proposals and cost estimates, maintaining client relationships, and supervising environmental technicians. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing technical industrial hygiene projects, strong technical writing and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, construction managers, and contractors. Qualifications include BS/MS in environmental, civil, environmental science, geology, hydrogeology or related fields, active state asbestos certification(s) required, EPA Mold Training, OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER; experience with abatement design documents and field sampling reports is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Corel DRAW is preferred; sales experience and client base are a plus.
