Concentrix is seeking a results-driven professional to drive business growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries via phone and email, assessing customer requirements, recommending products and services, building and maintaining relationships with leads and customers, and updating CRM records to keep accurate sales activity. You will work toward individual sales targets to contribute to overall team performance, develop product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures, and ensure service quality meets contractual objectives and KPIs.
