CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking an experienced IAM PM Scrum Master to lead end-to-end Agile delivery for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives centered on the Saviynt Identity Governance platform. This role combines project management, Scrum leadership, and cybersecurity expertise to deliver complex identity governance projects while partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and security leadership. Location: Remote. Duration: 7 months.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and Saviynt implementation projects. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. - Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Coordinate activities across IAM engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure, application owners, and business stakeholders. - Drive delivery of identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, certifications, and provisioning initiatives. - Monitor project milestones and communicate status, risks, and metrics to leadership. - Remove delivery roadblocks and promote Agile best practices. - Support change management, project documentation, and executive reporting. - Ensure successful project execution while maintaining alignment with security and compliance requirements.

Required Skills: - Project Management experience delivering enterprise IAM initiatives. - Strong Scrum Master experience using Agile methodologies. - Experience supporting Saviynt Identity Governance implementations.
