DLL is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Nordic HR team on a fixed-term parental leave cover, based in Stockholm, Sweden. The role supports leaders and members across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, contributing to a consistent, people-focused HR experience across the region. The assignment runs from 1 December 2026 to early April 2028, with some travel within the Nordics expected.

Key responsibilities include partnering with leaders to provide practical HR advice and coaching aligned with DLL’s values and local requirements; supporting members with HR-related questions and delivering a positive member experience; leading recruitment and onboarding through key steps; managing employee lifecycle processes (performance, development, changes in employment, offboarding) and handling employee relations and local processes with support from internal and external specialists; and contributing to culture and engagement initiatives to strengthen Nordics-wide collaboration. You will collaborate with Global HR to interpret and implement processes in a Nordic context.

Essential requirements include a relevant degree in HR, Business, Law, Economics or equivalent, prior HR experience (e.g., HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Advisor or similar), a solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and the ability to balance people and business considerations. Fluency in Swedish and strong professional proficiency in English are required; proficiency in another Nordic language is a plus. Some Nordic travel is anticipated. DL
