Your future role: You will counsel the business on HR topics, align HR actions with business needs, implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support management on HR-related issues. You will manage recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing and selection, and induction, and you will develop people at all levels through coaching, performance management, development plans, and training while monitoring performance metrics and adhering to budget constraints. All about you: Saudi national only. University degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social sciences or economics; MBA with specialization in HR preferred.
