Prosperity Bank is seeking an HR Business Partner (Full Time) to join its team in Lubbock, Texas. The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between HR, area leadership, and area management, serving as a subject matter expert in employee relations including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective action. The role provides guidance on talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensures compliance with bank policies and applicable laws, and supports area management in aligning human resources objectives and policies. Key responsibilities include partnering with area leadership to develop regional HR plans, serving as the primary HR contact for the assigned area, collaborating with managers to build a positive, professional, and high-performing team, guiding managers on talent acquisition and performance management, conducting internal investigations, coordinating HR training, interpreting HR policies, and managing unemployment claims. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, HR certification or equivalent experience, 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). This is an on-site, full-time role located in Lubbock, Texas, United States.
