Flai is hiring a GTM Recruiter to source, engage, and close top talent for go-to-market functions including sales, customer success, marketing, and operations. You will partner with the founding recruiter and the founders to shape roles, run searches end to end from outreach to signed offers, and build a scalable recruiting function in a fast growing B2B SaaS environment. This is an on-site role in San Francisco, CA, requiring in-person work five days a week. Responsibilities include end-to-end candidate searches, leveraging referrals and industry networks, conducting effective screens, maintaining momentum through tight interview loops, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our brand. Requirements: in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth software startup; track record hiring GTM roles; strong sourcing and closing skills. Nice to have: experience with an ATS, such as Ashby, and recruiting for automotive, dealer-tech, or field sales roles.
