About the role

SWARCO AG is seeking a Group Controller to join the Controlling team in Wattens, Tyrol, Austria. The role acts as a trusted business partner to management and international stakeholders, focusing on cost management and operational processes within a production-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Independently prepare, analyze, and develop management reports; coordinate group-wide forecasting, budgeting, and planning
Advise and support management teams across SWARCO companies and the Holding on financial and business matters, including strategic and operational decision-making
Perform in-depth financial analyses and derive actionable recommendations to improve performance
Contribute to international finance, transformation, and SAP projects, including supporting SAP rollouts across subsidiaries
Further develop, standardize, and harmonize controlling processes, tools, reporting structures, policies, and standards
Serve as central point of contact for SAP FI/CO topics, master data management, and ensure data quality within Controlling
Identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities in reporting and controlling processes
Collaborate closely with local finance teams and international stakeholders across the global finance community
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or equivalent
Several years of relevant experience (ideally 10+ years) in Controlling or Finance in an international production environment
Strong expertise in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysi
