Safeguards company assets from loss or misuse, promptly reports safety or security concerns to the direct supervisor, and monitors the entrance and surveillance equipment to ensure proper operation and premises security in accordance with all security guidelines and required forms. Maintains 100% vigilance while on duty, responds promptly to emergencies, and coordinates with the safety team to implement safety measures and address non-compliance. Manages unusual situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors and escalates as needed. Collaborates with plant management to handle security-related exceptions and sustain a secured premises. Oversees the 5S program in the security guard area without prior notice.
