The role involves owning all aspects of software engineering and product development, developing reliable software solutions, creating new applications, and prototyping key design concepts. You will collaborate with engineers across the company to design, review, and deliver systems that help SpaceX advance toward its goals at a rapid pace, including platforms that manage data from many always-on assets and support Starlink's global network. Aerospace experience is not required; we value smart, motivated, respectful, and collaborative engineers who enjoy solving problems and making an impact on an inspiring mission. Responsibilities include developing highly reliable software used across SpaceX, creating new applications to improve operations, building prototypes to validate design concepts, and bringing your voice to architecture, design, and code reviews.
