We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Web Application Team. You will develop and maintain features for our web applications, take ownership of features from ideation to deployment and ongoing maintenance, write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, and follow secure coding practices to protect our systems and user data. You will collaborate closely with product owners to translate requirements into actionable features and build efficient systems that empower our Onboarding & Operations team. The role combines backend Java/Spring with frontend TypeScript/React. Our current stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD; Java/Spring Boot; JUnit; React with Material UI, Semantic UI, and related libraries; NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Redis; and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications: degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering; several years of experience in enterprise web application development; professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Angular or Vue also acceptable); strong Java 11+ and Spring/Spring Boot experience; solid software design knowledge; proficient English communication. Nice to have: experience with design systems (Material UI, Semantic UI, Bootstrap); in-depth NoSQL knowledge (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis).
