OneImaging is transforming radiology through a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network. We are hiring Full Stack Software Engineers graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 to join our Miami engineering team, with start dates in May or June 2027. This is not a rotational or shadowing program. You will join one of our product squads and work across the stack—from data models to APIs to the user interface used by patients and care navigators. Our engineering team is about twenty people; the work you ship will be visible and have immediate impact. We are moving early on AI-assisted engineering and run an AI harness with agents in production behind guardrails and eval suites. Writing code is not the slow part of the job—the challenge is deciding what to build and validating the results. You will use these tools heavily and own everything they produce.

What you'll do: - Build and ship full-stack features across a React frontend and a TypeScript/Node.js backend, with a senior engineer as mentor and reviewer - Work across every layer of a feature—the migration, the API, the interface, the tests—with guidance at first and increasing independence as you grow.
