Framing Sales Manager role based in Aurora, Colorado, United States, on-site at Michaels. You will lead and coach a team of framing associates to build customer relationships and craft customized framing solutions, while driving framing sales and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality results. Responsibilities include: upholding SOPs and company programs; developing selling behaviors; planning workload with the Store Manager; achieving store and team KPIs; managing inventory, shrink and safety programs; serving as Manager on Duty; participating in interviewing, onboarding, and performance management; partnering with MODs on framing operations; ensuring a positive, respectful work environment; supporting omni-channel processes; and other duties as assigned. Requirements include basic computer skills; preferred experience in custom framing, retail management, and leading a sales team. Physical demands include regular bending, lifting, standing for long periods, and handling heavy boxes.
