We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Commercial Control and FP&A team and help drive growth through data-driven decision making. Reporting to the Commercial Control Team Lead, you will contribute to management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis to enable Advidi's management to make informed commercial decisions. You will help ensure the business operates with healthy volumes and profit margins and play a key role in implementing and scaling FP&A processes as this team integrates data and finance functions that were previously separate. This is a newly formed role designed to streamline and scale the FP&A function.

Responsibilities include: - Reporting and Forecasting: prepare end-of-month, -quarter, and -year performance reports for leadership and the board; support budgeting and quarterly estimates; build and maintain dynamic financial models; perform scenario analyses; ensure data quality and appropriate checks throughout all tasks. - Performance Tracking & Analysis: conduct variance analysis, explain drivers of differences between actuals and budget/forecast; analyze campaign data (ARPU, margins, volume) to identify optimization opportunities; develop deep data expertise to inform stakeholder recommendations. - Business Partnering & Strategic Support: act as a bridge between Finance, Data, and other teams; provide commercial finance support to leadership on strategic changes. - Process Improvement: map and scale finance-
