Thenamaris is a global ship manager of high-specification modern ocean-going vessels. We safely manage a world-class fleet and deliver high levels of service to principals and clients. The Financial Analyst will support internal reporting and analysis, focusing on operating and administrative expenses, and will work closely with multiple departments during the annual budgeting process and quarterly reviews. The role also involves maintaining the financial planning tool and supporting related financial processes as needed. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and interact with senior management within a global shipping organization. Location: Vouliagmeni Municipal Unit, Attica, Greece.

Qualifications: A university degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field. A Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA, is a strong asset. Three to five years of professional experience in a Finance role, preferably in shipping or multinational companies. Experience with planning and reporting systems is required; SAP experience is a plus. Strong business acumen, team orientation, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured, results-oriented approach. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in English (oral and written). Proficient PC skills with advanced MS Office and Excel.
