As a Financial Analyst, you will join the Finance team at We Are Era and work closely with management and the RTL Shared Service Center. You will own various key financial processes, including regular reports for different business units, forecasting, and KPI improvements. Your tasks involve regular cross-team communication across Europe. Key responsibilities: Forecasting and Financial Planning: Prepare revenue, cost, and profit forecasts (including scenario analyses); roll forecasts at project and company levels; develop opportunity and risk assessments for management. Project Controlling & Profitability Analysis: Analyze project profitability (actual vs. budget); margin analyses at GP1, GP2, and contribution margin levels; identify variances and drivers; support pricing, staffing, and scope decisions. Rate Cards & Pricing Structure: Develop and maintain rate cards; ensure defined minimum margins; assist in evaluating new proposals and business cases.
